What a great success. I sowed these about 3 months ago. The beetroots have come out plump, dark and tasty. A little bitter if eaten raw, however, that soon disspears once roasted in olive oil, and some balsamic vinegar.
Simply tug gently at the leaves, and the whole beet should pull out easily. I’ve succession sown them this year, so should have them pretty much all year round.
